The Time Tucker Carlson Called My Book "Brilliant"
Talking with Tucker Carlson about my book, The Invincible Family, was unforgettable. I may write more about that experience in a future post, but I was thinking this week about how affable and gracious Tucker was to me in our interactions both on and off camera. It became clear to me that he has the rare trait of being a massively influential personality and still being willing to share the spotlight—even with unknown mothers from Utah.
On the same day he filmed our interview, he interviewed a former porn star turned pastor and a downhome political activist from the heartland. None of us were celebrities or even marginally well-known at the time. Tucker was an absolute gentleman to all of us, as well as to his staff, who clearly respected him as a professional and as a friend.
In addition to being gracious to everyone there that day, Tucker was also generous with praise for my writing and for my book. He even went so far as to call it “brilliant.”
I’m sharing this now for those who may not be familiar with my book or who may not have had a chance to read it yet.
